We are closely connected with immigration firms across the country to pool our knowledge, share best practices, and stay on top of emerging trends. We also connect with US Embassies/Consulates and CBP to go behind the scenes and understand how they work.

Because of the historical lack of predictability in adjudications and evolving policies from government agencies, along with major increases in processing times and Requests for Evidence (RFEs), we are constantly learning and adapting to achieve successful outcomes.

In this new and changing landscape, it’s crucial to have an ally who knows you well. Our ability to liaise with USCIS, CBP, and DOL, among others, and leadership roles in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) position us to best advocate for our clients.

We visit regional processing centers on an annual basis, meet with politicians and advocates to lobby for immigration reforms, liaise with local, national, and international government representatives, and  interact at meetings (and at dinners!) with USCIS managers in charge of immigration offices.

As we face new governmental policies and procedures for how petitions are adjudicated under the each new administration, we constantly revise our strategies and approach to get cases approved. The law doesn’t even have to change if the interpretation does.
